A one-day workshop on Career Development Capsule on Personality, Communication, and Interview Skills

The Career Counseling and Placement Cell and the AISHI unit of the local Mukand Lal National College, Yamunanagar, organized a one-day workshop on "A Career Development Capsule on Personality, Communication, and Interview Skills" on October 14, 2025. Mr. Ishwar Sandhu and Mrs. Aarushi Negi, Manager, Bullzeye, served as keynote speakers. The workshop was divided into four sessions: the first and second sessions were for third-year B.Com students, and the third and fourth sessions were for first- and second-year students. The primary objective of the workshop was to provide students with detailed information about employment opportunities and communication skills. In their speeches, the speakers provided detailed information about employment opportunities and explained how communication can leave a lasting impact on a person’s personality. Approximately 150 students participated in the workshop. The workshop was organized by Dr. Jitendra Singh, Dr. Nitya Kaushik, Dr. Pooja Rani, and Dr. Rameshwar Groch.

Dr. Manohar Goyal, Nodal Officer, AISHI, also addressed the students. College Executive Principal Dr. Anil Dhawan congratulated all the organizers on the successful conduct of the workshop.
