An interactive session on ‘Soft Skills Enhancement

The Career Counseling and Placement Cell of Mukand Lal National College, Yamunanagar, organized an interactive session on ‘Soft Skills Enhancement’ for students under the ‘Seva Sankalp Abhiyan – Seva Mera Yogdan’ (Service Pledge Campaign – Service: My Contribution) initiative. The objective of the program was to foster the development of soft skills and communication abilities essential for the students’ personal, academic, and professional success.
Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Reenu Kalani, Associate Dean at IBS Gurugram, engaged with the students and discussed in detail the importance of effective communication, personality development, self-confidence, behavioral skills, and other soft skills required in the workplace. Through various activities and interactive dialogue, she encouraged the students to practically cultivate these skills.
College Principal Dr. Manohar Goyal emphasized the significance of such training programs for the holistic development of students and for enhancing their career prospects.
The event was organized under the guidance of Dr. Nitya Kaushik, Convener of the Career Counseling and Placement Cell. A total of 125 students attended the session, alongside other members of the Placement Cell, including Dr. Rahul Singh, Dr. Umang Bareja, Dr. Vakil Singh, and Dr. Rameshwar Groch.
