Mukand Utsav—an Intra-Mukand Competition organized by the Department of Self Finance

Mukand Utsav—an Intra-Mukand Competition was successfully organized by the Department of Self Finance at Mukand Lal National College, Yamunanagar. The event witnessed the enthusiastic participation of approximately 200 students from Seth Jai Parkash Mukand Lal Institute of Engineering and Technology (JMIT) Radaur, Jai Parkash Mukand Lal Innovative Engineering and Technology Institute (JMIETI), Radaur, Seth Jai Parkash Polytechnic, Damla (SJPP), and the host institution. Seven vibrant competitions—Digital Art Fiesta, Documentary, Ethnic Beads, Rainbow Rush, Antakshri, Floral Splash, and Project Display—provided a dynamic platform for students to showcase their creativity, technical skills, entrepreneurial skills and cultural talents. Addressing the gathering, Dr. Anil Dhawan congratulated and appreciated the students, highlighting the importance of such events in fostering synergy, collaboration, confidence, and holistic development. He later felicitated the winners with trophies and certificates.

The programme was organized under the leadership of Dr. Neeti Daryal, HOD, Self-Finance Courses, who acknowledged the dedication and active involvement of all participants and faculty members. Dr. Deepmala and Dr. Rachna Aggarwal acted as judges for the event Project Display.

The event was graced by Dr. Ramesh Kumar, General Secretary of Mukand Institutions, accompanied by Dr. Ajay Sharma and Dr. Manohar Goyal. Dr. Ramesh Kumar applauded the initiative and encouraged students to strive for excellence in both academics and co-curricular pursuits.
