On-campus placement drive with eClerx Services Ltd

On February 13, 2026, Mukand Lal National College, Yamunanagar, successfully organized an on-campus placement drive with eClerx Services Ltd., a leading provider of analytics and business process management services. The drive witnessed enthusiastic participation from final-year students of MLN College, Yamunanagar and sister institutes including TIMT, Yamunanagar, JMIT, Radaur, and JMIETI, Radaur. 200 Students from BBA, B.Com (General), B.Com (TPP), B.Com (CA), BCA, B.Sc. IT (H), and B.Sc. CS (H) participated in this drive. The recruitment process was conducted systematically including a Pre-Placement Talk, Group Discussions, Personal Interviews, and a final Operations Round.

The selection rounds assessed candidates on communication skills, technical competence, analytical ability, and professional attitude. Finally, twenty-six students got selected including nineteen from MLN College, five from TIMT, and one each from JMIT and JMIETI. The successful execution of the drive was made possible through the dedicated efforts of the Placement Cell and faculty members under the leadership of the Head of the Department, Self-Finance Courses, Dr Neeti Daryal. The Principal, Dr An?l Dhawan, congratulated the department on this achievement and extended his best wishes for the continuation of such impactful industry-academia initiatives.
